BTTF Episode 2 black screen...

I am having problems that at the beginning of the game the screen is black and I can't see anything. I can hear things and see the buttons at the top of the screen but that is about all. What can I do here? I have had this game for a little over a year and had played it prior to re-installing Windows 7 and didn't have this problem and now I am having this problem. Can anyone help here?

    Are you using the same computer with the same specs or has something changed? If you reinstalled windows without reinstalling the episode, please do that and then run the game again.

    Yes, I am using the same computer with same specifications and nothing has changed. I re-installed all of the episodes 1 through 5.

    I got BTTF Episode 2 to work just by tweaking the graphics settings in the game to a lower setting.
