Ep 5 crashing in mountain lion HELP!

Can anyone please help? Episodes 1-4 all worked fine, I then upgraded to mountain lion and now episode 5 won't work. All is fine until the hospital roof (right at the start ) and then it freezes and I have to force quit.

I've changed everything to the lowest possible settings (graphics options) but it hasn't helped.

    Upgrading to a new Operating System midway through the series will require a reinstall of the game application. Please remove and then reinstall the game and then try to launch Episode 5 again. If you encounter any other issues, you may need to remove your save games and prefs as well when reinstalling as the data in your prefs file may have been corrupted.

    May be a coincidence, but I just a had crash on the hospital roof as well. The big difference is that I'm on Win XP-64 bit and I've never upgraded this machine at all. Hopefully this was only my computer flipping out at me.

    I'll reply as soon as I can get Steam up if it let's me go any further or in another ten minutes if it nosedives again.

    Got past the point were it froze last, I'll post if it happens again.

    steviet, are you playing the Mac version from Steam or the Telltale store?

    From the telltale store, I really don't want to delete my saves and start again!

    How many times has your game frozen at this spot?

    Please try shutting down and restarting you computer, then loading your save file and rewinding 2 checkpoints and replaying to the hospital roof.

    I don't get the option to rewind when I select my game

    When you select your Episode 5 save, you should be taken to the Episode 5 menu screen. From here, you should be able to Continue, Rewind, or go Back. Are these options now available? If so, what options do you have?

    I have back Copy. Delete. Play

    Ok, then you have not selected your save game yet. Once you select your save, you should be taken to the Episode 5 screen.

    Beat episode five with no more freezes, guess it was a one-shot computer problem on my side.

    Best of luck getting your stuff sorted out.

    Thanks for your help everyone, I'm past the roof!

    I rewound to a coupe of points in ep 4 (5 wouldn't let me) and now it seems ok.

    Update : crashes at cut scene after the roof , does a weird loop thing of shooting a zombie. I give up
