You do not own the license to the game.... HELP!

I had to format my PC... so when episode 5 of walking dead came out I downloaded it again from the my games section of the website. When i run the setup and install the game its telling me that I do not own the license to the game an prompt me to buy it...... I bought the whole game months ago.... can you please tell me how to solve this issue ASAP.
