I can't Pick a "thing"

hi,i don't know if you guys can try to check what can i or must i do, when Clem carried to Lee at a garage or something, she had to find a "thing" to break a regular glass. well, the problem is when i go to "pick" the "thing" but i can't because there is a "imaginary edge" obviously i can't cross it, the "thing" is in the "imaginary edge". i thought it could be a settings problem, but it's not.

please, try to help me :(
