Walking Dead and Windows 7

Hi, does anyone know how I can play Walking dead on my Laptop wich has windows 7? Because since downloading Episode 4 I can not play the game with it. I already tried to de- and reinstall but it does not help.

    How exactly do you mean you can't play? Does it not download? Or does it show that it downloaded, but you can't click Play or something? Be specific, okay?

    I am able do downlad it completely but since steam downloaded Episode 4, steam show the message that the game is startet but then happens nothing.
