my options for episode 5 are as follows when pushing play
1. Start at Episode 1
2. freeze at Episode selection screen
3.freeze at black screen
4. freeze at screen that says loading in the bottom right
5. game starts and freezes and second dialogue option point
6. (this is the best one) just past second dialogue point pop up saying "game no longer located on storage device"

What is the issue you are experiencing? Do you have an offline account or a live enabled account that is not online?
So how's the update patch going? Why no progress reports for us? How can Telltale continue to leave everyone hanging like this? I understand that things take time, but some consideration for keeping us up to speed would be helpful, and frankly...professional.
As for me, we don't have internet. I use my parents', they live right across the street. I did get on Xbox Live once about 5 years ago by taking my Xbox over there, and dragging my Xbox and their tv up the stairs to where their computer is. But now they have a flatscreen that's nailed into the table to keep the grandkids from knocking it over, and I have a nonwireless Xbox. And since they now only have cellphones they don't have the wires I need to run downstairs.
