Walking Dead is driving me insane

After the whole episode 4 failure to download fiasco (and waiting 7 weeks to get a reply from Telltale support) I was finally relieved that episode 5 was here and I could enjoy the final game.

Firstly every time I loaded up the game I kept seeing 'Coming Soon' on the main screen rather than the Download link. I realised a few people were having the same problem and tried some of the suggested tricks but still nothing.

Now whenever I load up the game it says I do not have the license to play these games. That isn't true and I refuse to buy them again. So now I'm stuck.

No doubt if I contact Telltale again I'll get a reply some time next year.

Any suggestions before I give up?

I just have to say in the event that Telltale are reading. The games are first class. The team deserve credit for creating such a fantastic series. Your customer service however is the worst I've ever encountered.

    I can't be sure this is a solution as I wasn't able to repeat it, but I had the same issue as described. After a few tries launching the game and getting the "no license" message I alt-tabbed and looked for any application that might be using the internet, closed down Steam. Alt tabbed back in and the game began working immediately. Possibly just a coincidence, as I say I wasn't able to recreate the problem but I thought I'd post just in case it helps anyone ;p
