Refund?

Hi,

I didn't see any refund info in the FAQ. I bought the series 2 yesterday, but now that I play the first episode I'm not happy with the product. I played through first series which was good but this second one apparently has all the same characters than the first one and I don't like it, it feels like playing the same game over again.

Therefore, I'd like to know how it would be possible to get a refund?

I probably shouldn't get involved, but I don't see how that warrants a refund. I can't go into my local games store, buy a game, play it all the way through, decide I don't like it and then take it back.

You might get the money back for the four other episodes (might), but I don't see any reasons why Telltale should refund your money at all.

Personally I think you should stick with the season. Sure there is some returned characters, but there are loads of new ones too (such as Stinky, Santa, elfs, Flint Paper)...

But then again, as I said, it's none of my business.

Hey Handyy, write to support@telltalegames.com and someone will help you out.

Note that while we are (obviously) offering customer support right now, Telltale's offices are technically closed for a week-long break, so it might take a day for someone to get back to you.

That's still a lot better than most customer support. :D

Thank you for the reply. I was suspecting there might be a break, therefore I wanted to start this thread so that it's right after my purchase rather than week after. I sent an e-mail into that address.
