Black screen on episode 5 MAC OS X

I can not seem to get episode 5 to play. I've tried everything, from replaying episode 4, to erasing saved data. I have mac osx loin 10.7.5. Anyone have the same problem or fix?

    Do all other episodes play without issue? If you try to start a new game of Episode 5 in a new slot, will it start?

    You may be missing a backpatch, so try completely shutting down your computer, and then restart. Make sure you are connected to the internet and then launch the game. After you select Continue on the title screen, there should be a momentary pause while the text 'Refreshing Episode Status' displays on the bottom of the screen. If this message flashes by, and the issue persists, please try this process again. Also, once you reach the main menu, navigate to the Episode Status screen and make sure Episode 5 is shown as installed.
