TWD: its says it's connecting and not connecting on my mac

Okay every time i end episode 1 and try go to episode 2. It says its connecting and i wait for it to connect for hours and nothing happens. I know have internet connection so i don't know whats going on and every time i exit and try to start episode 2 it won't save my decisions made in the previous episode and then always end up with doug when i saved carly and just to remind I have a mac.

please help :confused:
