I can't beat Hugh Bliss!!

I know it's alittle late but I can't beat Hugh Bliss!! I can get the Lunar Lander down but i can't get Hugh Bliss and all of his bactira badness destroyed he keeps slipping out of my hands! When i think I beat him or will beat him he goes poof into thin are and i have to do all of the things again HELP!

    Have you got the lander down permanently? That's an important part of the next step.

    when he dares you to saw him, saw off the lunar lander's leg. then you end up in the big tub. switch places and ignite the engine with the key. end of story
