Lost Progress with Episode 5 release
Sorry for the new thread. I have been checking the forums since ep5 release hoping for a formal response from Telltale and seeing is this is only "support" available I have resorted to posting....
As the subject suggests I have lost my progress for all chapters (not played chapter 5 as do not wish to use generic responses).
Now I have tired to move some files around as suggested in other threads but this has not helped, where is the official patch so people like me don't have to mess around moving files etc?

Avoiding spoilers is getting harder by the day.
Sigh.
I've sent an e-mail to Stephen Totilo begging him to look into the issue. Maybe some negative publicity will get Telltale to do something because obviously they don't care much about those unable to finish the game. It's a shame, I really loved this series but now I'm unlikely to ever buy a Telltale game again.
I hope something happens soon. Or I will be getting a refund.
