These are the minimum and recommended system requirements. Do you need help figuring out if your computer meets them?

    Minimum PC System Requirements
    • Windows Operating system: Windows XP Service Pack 3
    • Processor: 2.0 GHz Pentium 4 or equivalent
    • Memory: 3 GB RAM
    • Hard Disk Space: 2 GB Space Free
    • Video Card: ATI or NVidia card w/ 512 MB RAM
    • Direct X 9.0c
    • Audio card required
    • Not recommended for Intel integrated graphics

    PC Recommended System Requirements
    • Windows Operating system: Windows 7
    • Processor: Core 2 Duo 2GHz or equivalent
    • Memory: 3 GB RAM
    • Hard Disk Space: 2 GB Space Free
    • Video Card: ATI or NVidia card w/ 1024 MB RAM
    • Direct X 9.0c

yes I am having trouble if I meet a couple of the requirements. How do I know if I have a "audio card" and what type of "video card" and I wonder if I have "Intel integrated graphics." Also, what is "Direct X 9.0c." The other requirements I have met.

You can post your dxdiag info. Then we can check if your notebook should be able to run the walking dead.

    dxdiag
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
Windows 8: At the start screen, type in "dxdiag" and hit enter

Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Open the file and press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents, and paste them in a reply by pressing CTRL-V.
Sometimes the Forums spam filter catches long posts like this. Don't worry, we can still see them and make them visible.

I would suggest just buying the disc version on Tuesday. Best Buy is the only place with the PC disc.
    Best Buy

Dont buy the game. Its as buggy as crap, and you WONT find a solution, because no one will help you. Trust me, ive had it for months now and no one can get off their butts and help the community.

Don't let a bunch of nerd's with grudge's stop you. Buy this game, tomorrow, from Best Buy. You will have NO problems with the disc version.

No reason to believe the disc version won't have the save game corruption issue. A lot of us have had problems where our save games have become completely corrupted, seemingly at random. Telltale isn't acknowledging the problem beyond copy/paste responses that don't address the current issue. If you buy the game, back up your saves!

Its also kind've interesting that support responded in 10 minutes to somebody who hasn't bought the game, but still haven't provided any meaningful response/acknowledgement to game-breaking errors that we've been reporting for weeks.

Chiming in about the bugs. I could only finish episode one and from what I got to play, it seems like a great game, but unfortunately a bug that causes the game to "forget" or lose your saves prevents you from advancing. I want to recommend this game to my friends, but I can't. Until there is a solid fix for the save issue, it's a waste of money.
