Episode 2 Won't Load

I just finished Episode 1 of the game and I bought the 25$ bundle so I assumed I'd be able to get the next episode right after. However instead of being able to play episode 2 (or any other episode) it says "Coming Soon". I know the game is already out so why does it say this? How do I get to play?
