Choices from Ep1 to Ep2 changed!

Hi:

I just bought all of season 1 of "The Walking Dead", played Episode 1 without a problem but when I started episode 2 the choices I've made in Episode 1 have changed.

Is there a fix for this or do I have to replay Ep1 all over again.
