[twd mac] choices not carrying over

Hi guys,

Another saved game problem, only brought the game recently and going from episode 1 to episode 2. Having the typical problem of saving carly and then getting doug (and all random choices).

I've read the forum and from searching I only have one prefs.prop file in this location: Library/Application support/Telltale Games/TheWalkingDead

Also with the work around with the Steam folder and the duplicate file, I downloaded straight from telltale so don't have any Steam folder structure and can't seem to find the other location.

Can someone tell me where the duplicate maybe i need to delete because i can't find it.

Also telltale are you guys working on a patch for this to resolve this problem? It is a pretty major bug considering the main reason for buying this game and what makes it unique is that its a choice driven game play.

    I'm sorry I dont have any tips but I'm experiencing this same problem. If your choices aren't carrying through and there is no fix we should request a refund ( I know we might get ignored but I'm prepared to dig in and keep trying). Like you said, I bought this with the ADVERTISED feature of it being having a dynamic storyline where your choices matter. I'f this isn't available I think its A. a faulty product or B. sold to me not as advertised. And if this was a physical product I'd be marching back to the store and slamming it down on a counter.
