Rewind message and black screen
First of all, excuse my bad English, I'm not a native speaker.
Here's my problem : My first playthrough went just fine (with some bugs sometimes but nothing that prevented me from playing the game, and nothing that corrupted my choices)
I started a second playthrough in order to make different choices and see a new story. I just completed episode 1, but when I want to launch episode 2, I get a message asking me if I want to rewind (rewind what ? In this playthrough I haven't played episode 2 at all) and no matter what i click, I got a black screen with only the cursor visible and movable.
I tried everything, deleting the other saves, rewind the end of episode 1 to have a "fresh" save, I just can't run episode 2, and that's really frustrating. I didn't try to erase the game and all its files ant to reinstall it, since I don't want to replay everything I made (I already played episode 1 5 times since I got a bug when ep 2 came out).
I have the Telltales version of the game (not the Steam one), Windows 7 on a pc.
Please do something about it, or help me to fix this. I have payed for this game (which is great, by the way), the least TT can do is provide me with a game I can run. I'm no IT guy and I don't want to mess with files. I just want to play the game I bought, I don't think this is an inappropriate demand.

When I came back to the game after a break, it seemed that my game was not saved correctly as I could start Episode 5 but with the game making some decisions for me. When I tried to start Episode 4 i was told to rewind. Regardless of accepting or denying the popup, I just got a black screen and nothing happens!
Please TTG do something about this! This is really annoying!! :mad:
I'm playing through Steam on a Mac, if that makes any difference. I just really want this fixed. I enjoyed my first play through, and was really looking forward to making different decisions this time.
Any suggestions? I'd rather not uninstall, since I don't want to lose my results from the first play through (in case that matters for the next game). Thanks!
