TWD for steam does not start

When I go to start the game it says preparing to launch the walking dead. The computer thinks for about 10 seconds and then nothing. I have a pretty awesome rig and had no porblems with any other game on steam. I troubleshooted and verified the cache and nothing. I switched all administrator tasks like online help sugested and still nothing. I have uninstalled twice and restared computer twice and nothing. please help

    I am haveing this same problem, please if anyone else out there is encountering our issue and have fixed it please let us know
