    I had to use it once very late in the game, but truth be told, I get a kick out of having Max yell out suggestions. Most were not obvious to the puzzle, but just a general push in where to go.

    I love it when Max tells me where to go. :p

    traindle? (Some sort of baby Glenn Miller toy?)

    To find out how to stop a triangle, go talk to Bosco.
    He says that it responds to shapes
    It will stop if you throw a red octagon into it

    At the start of the game... (big spoilers!)
    Use the stop sign from Stinky's

    At the end of the game... (HUGE spoilers!)
    Grab the high priest's amulet that Mr Spatula dropped.
    Paint it red in the snail trail
    Throw it into the triangle via the small portal triangle (silver?) on the island with the volcano

    The way you make your official ones is no fun to read! To spoilerize and give a hint is a lot more interesting and satisfying to read like that thread.
