iPad 2 can't download episode 5

Hello,

great game!

But always have trouble downloading. To download episode 5 seems to be impossible. I always get the message: "Connection lost while downloading data. Please ensure you have a working internet connection and re-attempt the download."

But my Ipad is already connected to my WLAN.

Do you have any suggestions, please?

    We are aware of this issue, and currently investigating a potential solution. Please try completely shutting down the device, wait a few minutes for the cache to clear, and then restart. Make sure you have a strong internet connection, and are logged into your iTunes account that purchased the game, and then try the download again. It may take a few tries, but you should be able to get the episode.

    I have the same problems with my Ipad on a wifi lan connection.
    I have tried to follow your instructions, several times and in every possible way, but it didn't work.
    How could I get a refound?
