Activation Trouble
I bought Sam and Max 101: Culture Shock on Jan. 7th 2008. But when I downloaded it, the full version wasn't activated. I deleted it and redownloaded it, but it still didn't activate properly, only giving me the demo. I'd downloaded the demo previously and played through it before I bought the game, but I also deleted the demo when I was done before downloading after buying this time.
When I tried to do the "I've Already Purchased This" Activation process using the order number given to me and my password for signing into my Telltale account , it gave me the error message "Invalid password (ARM1016)" or when I placed the order number in the password spot and vice versa it gave me the error message "Your purchase is not complete. Please reattempt payment. (ARM1014)".
I sent for activation support, which is the only other thing I could think to do using the info given, but hadn't gotten replies for my emails. I'm curious of if there is an error on my end or if this is just a mix up somewhere, but I still have all the proof of payment and confirmation.
For quick reference, I have windows XP.

The most common cause of activation problems with Culture Shock is Vista, but other things can cause them, too. If your hardware fingerprint seems to be changing (especially after a reboot), you need the Vista version. If it's not changing, then an activation key will do the trick. See your PM for the activation key Scott generated.
