I can not download Free Episode 2 that I got from PSN+ anymore

So over the summer I got episode 1 and 2 for free from PSN+ and then I bought episodes 3 and 4 when they came out. Well a few days ago my PS3 needed to be reformatted because of some hard drive error so I wiped it. Today I bought episode 5 and decided to download 1-4 again.

Well for some reason episode 2 doesn't show up as "purchased" anymore. It says 4.99 and wants me to buy it and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix this. Episodes 1, 3, 4, and 5 download fine.

Please help me. I paid for PSN+ and I feel I am still entitled to episode 2.

    The availability of this episode on PS+ expired on September 4th. Offering the episode for re-download would be at the disgretion of Sony. Please contact Sony Support to determine if they are still offering this episode as part of their Instant Game Collection for people who already downloaded it. If they no longer offer the game at this time, and you have uninstalled it, you will not be able to download it again.
