TWD: Download Problem

Hey when ever i download episode 2 it gets 99% and stops i had it download all night and it still didn't work. suggestions please?

    i downloaded the season pass and got to gownload episodes 1,3,4 but wasnt able to download 2,5 yet and when i want to play episodes 3,4 it boots me back to the main menu but when i try it on a new profile it says to generate random story decisions and it still boots me back to the home menu but episode 1 plays fine. if there is any tips for it the email me at carter4434@yahoo.com

    Please try deleting the temp files and restarting the download.
    Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/TheWalkingDead/SyncFS/Temp/
    PC: %userprofile%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\SyncFs\Temp

    If there are no temp files, you can try deleting the entire SyncFS folder.

    If neither helps, you can try this workaround to download the episodes.
