Not that I am aware of, but I've recently finished the entire game on my Macbook Pro 2010, i7 processor, Nvidia 330m, OS X 10.7.5. and it worked fluently on high graphical settings.
The loading times were minimal, graphics looked great and almost no lag at all.
The only real problems were a few (rare) crashes back to the desktop and ofcourse the troubles with downloading the new episodes.
Most recently there have been a lot of users losing their savegames. This happened to me as well, but after a total HD crash I had to format and reinstall everything. Afterwards, everything downloaded and worked just fine.
So, in short, it should work just fine on your Macbook 2010, if only talking about system requirements.
I can't say if you will have the same downloading and / or savegames problems though.
[edit] Just a personal tip; if you are going to buy the game online, buy it through the Telltale website. There SEEM to be less problems with that version as opposed to the Steam version. But this is not based on any fact or research. Just personal experience [/edit]
