Can you guys actually say something about the glitches.this is bullshit.or are you just going to cower and hide forever?

    Thats what I'm screaming... dont just say "we know there's a problem" tell us there's a FIX for the damn thing.... what do you do if you are not hooked up to xbox live? get ripped off the money you paid for it. This isnt what a quality company would do, this isnt a quality product.... You can be awarded this and that and it means NOTHING if you cannot stay true to the people who buy your products. This is THE LAST tell tale game I purchase...

    If it was easy for me to get on Xbox Live, I would have just bought the game online as it came out.

    Unfortunately any patches and updates released for the game will be released through Xbox Live. If you do not have the ability to get these patches through Xbox Live, you may encounter any issues that have been discovered and patched since the game's release. I know this is frustrating, but at this time there is no other way to release patches for Xbox games after they are released.

    Well I have XBOX live and I installed all the updates and patches and the game still is unplayable crap. What a god awful company telltale is worst customer service in the history of the freaking world you guys really really suck ass

    Don't worry, the downloadable version is only slightly less broken.

    I knew before I bought it there would be something wrong with it, either the game sucked so bad that I hate it and never would touch it, or there would be a problem with... who knew I would get both. I'm just glad I didn't spend $60 for the collectors edition version of a game that sucks. It's actually kind of sad, to know that there is a problem with the game and the company hasn't done anything to work it out and solve the problem.

    I would rather play 1982 E.T Atari than this hairy piece of shit game.

    walking dead is NOT game of the year. someone dropped the ball big time. hopefully activision next year gets it right.
