Same problem as all the others! Please, Telltale, do at least respond!!!

About 2 months ago I bought The Walking Dead via Steam for my MacBook Pro (OS X 10.8). Well I was able to play the first episode (which was really great). But then the problems started. It won't start with Episode 2 for some reason. As I figuerd out, I'm not the only one having this problem. Could you please make an update as soon as possible or if not give me my money back. If this wasn't bad allready, it gets worse.
Today I was surfing on my ipad, when i thought about TWD... So I figuerd, lets give it a second chance (Even if paid 30 $, double the prize!!!! it'd be worth it).:mad::mad::mad::mad:
Well it wasn't! And I'm really starting to get mad at you guys! As so many others and without any solution, the download of episode 2 does not work!!!
I mean, what the f*** is the matter with you guys??? Selling an App, that does not work?!?!
And as I can see on you support Forums, You do not even care???? There is no answer, no appology (even Microsoft or Apple would have appologized by now
) or any help. So please, take you customers (and admireres, cause, I wouldn't have don all this if it weren't just for a great game) seriously. And MAKE THIS GAME WORK!
