XBOX 360 Walking Dead Glitches

Our XBOX 360 4g with an added 32G drive is having serious issues with the disc version of the game. We just downloaded the new update and still have problems. Parts of the game are unplayable and my husband has had to stop and try to start over, choosing a different route. I've heard that the digital download of this game from XBOX live doesn't have these issues. Is there anyway we could get a credit to download it online or something? This is the first game we've gotten from your company and we're really disappointed that there have been so many issues and we can't even play it.

    tried that, they say it is the companies fault , not theirs

    That sucks, friend of mine got it from Amazon and they accepted return without any issue, he just pointed Amazon support rep to this section
