TWD Mac..on start up black screen and unresponsive
Just bought the game yesterday through Steam and every single time I try to load the game I see the Telltale logo for half a second and then my mac goes completely black and becomes unresponsive.
Does ANYONE have a fix for this? I can't play the game at all and I'm thinking about asking for my money back.

I'm running snow leopard 10.6.8 on a 2010 macbook pro. I did get the game to work for 15 minutes last night but when I got out of it and tried to load it up again the black screen of death reappeared.
It's also worth noting that I can't do anything except hit the power button and restart my computer once the black screen comes on. I can't force quit out of it and it seems like the game straight up turns off my monitor or something.

I wonder if the problem is caused by your MacBook automatically switching the active graphics card.
Please try following this guide to make your MacBook use the more performant graphics chip all the time and try if the game starts up then.
Make sure to set it back to normal afterwards, so it doesn't drain your battery while you don't play.
