Charged for two gift purchases

Hello,

I gifted this awesome game to a friend of mine, but unfortunately, it looks like the game was purchased as a gift twice by accident or by glitch ( initial purchase stated the transaction failed).

Please advise as how I can get a refund for the second purchase. My friend has activated one of the purchases.

    I don't see any purchases linked to your account, did you purchase the game through our website? If so, please send me a PM with the order number for each purchase and I will look into this for you.
