Xbox Walking Dead Game isn't working?

Ok, so I notice a few lags here and there but nothing to bad. It wasn't till I beat episode one that the real problem started, it will not let me play any other episode, it will just start the game over.
Is this really what I wasted money on? Thank God I didn't buy the collectors edition, because for $30 bucks I got a crap disc!
Did anyone else get this problem, and if so... did you get a chance to fix it?

    REad the other threads. MILLIONS of people are having the same problem. The product is a complete piece of crap. Still no word on when or if there will be a patch to fix it or if we are all just SOL.
