Walking Dead is crashing my ipad.

Recently purchased WD episodes 2-5 as package. The site took my $ just fine and the episodes appear as 'purchased' in the app. But when I hit the "get" button for Ep 2, I only get to 2-5% and my ipad crashes/restarts or freezes. I disabled the auto-lock (although I'm not even getting 2 min into the download). Also, I am right next to router so dont think its a signal issue.

I love the game and want to continue but prefer to cancel the purchase and have a functional ipad!

Please help resolve or let me know how to request a refund.

    I apologize for the problem you are experiencing. We are aware of this issue, and currently investigating a potential solution. Please shutdown any applications you are not using that are running in the background. This should free up any necessary system resources. Now try shutting down the game application and restarting the device. Make sure you are logged into the iTunes account that purchased the game before attempting the download again.
