Yet Another Disgruntled Customer
I received the game on disc as a gift for xmas and was really eager to get going with the game last week having just finished watching the entire series.
You know, it's not so much the glitching and freezing of the game that really ticks me off, it's the complete and utter lack of response from TellTale. ..to make matters worse, they put the entire game up on XBL for $10 days after it was purchased for $30 as a gift! Downloaded the update which did absolutely nothing btw...
So, not only have we been basically slapped in the face price wise, we've been provided with a game that is completely unplayable. I cannot properly express my disappointment with the Telltale experience so far. Here's hoping they can come up with a patch, an apology and some extra incentive for those of us they've collected a profit on without delivering much of anything in return....not even an update on where they stand with a patch and what we can expect to fix the problem.
