TWD: I have played the whole game, why is 1 achievement not showing?

Ok, so I have been through all 5 episodes of this game... GREAT JOB GUYS/GALS on this game.

My problem is that for some reason, the achievement for chap. 1 of episode 4 is not showing as unlocked. I am getting conflicting info when I look at the achievement list on the xbox, and when on xbox.com. I have even re-played almost the entire episode again, up until I went into the sewer and the achievement is still not showing up.

Any tips?

    It says you have the achievement but it's not giving you the gamerscore, I had that problem, I fixed it by just deleting my account off of my Xbox, and then recovering it, then playing it again. Try that.
