TTG has encountered a problem

I just bought the entire game from Steam and loved Episodes 1 thru 3. No problems whatsoever. I'm dying to know who Clem's been secretly talking to on the walkie talkie, but as soon as Episode 4 opens and the group gets to the church with the ringing bell, my screen goes white and the following message pops up -

Telltale Games has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I clicked send error report but that goes to Microsoft so it won't do you any good. I clicked to get the Error Signature. It's as follows -

I don't know if this helps out to determine the problem and a resolution to it, but I sure hope so as I'm chomping at the bit to finish this game. Thanks for your time. Happy New Year!

    Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! It worked! I didn't know how to check to verify so thank you for the link. When I verified, I found 9 files missing. They reloaded and the game ran beautifully. I just finished it...with a lump in my throat I might add. I'm a softy at heart. Now I'm hoping for a sequel. The big question is...What happens to Clem? I hope Telltale decides to let us find out!
