Constant crashes on loading screen.

Pertains to The Walking Dead game.

As the title describes keep getting Walkingdead101.exe has stopped working after a small amount of time spent on the initial loading screen. Recently purchased on Steam. Any advice?

Had seen that someone had success after disconnecting their PC from the internet which did actually work for a spell and I got some gameplay however the same error message occurred, causing the game to again close.

Are you running the game in any compatibility mode, if so, which one?

Please post your dxdiag info too.

Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
Windows 8: At the start screen, type in "dxdiag" and hit enter

Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Open the file and press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents, and paste them in a reply by pressing CTRL-V.
Sometimes the Forums spam filter catches long posts like this. Don't worry, we can still see them and make them visible.

Thanks for the response, however I think I've solved the problem by running the .exe file as administrator. Seems to have worked as I got through episode one without any more errors.
