The Walking Dead Disk Game

We have an Xbox that is white and it is about 3 or 4 years old. It is wide not slim. I got the Walking Dead Disk Game for Christmas and it is not saving my games and it won't let me start part 2 again. I got to part 2 once but when I can back the game was not there and I had to start over, I've had to start over like 6 times now. When I play now and get to the end of part one, after the credits end it just gives me the start option and when I press start it starts me at the beginning of the game again.

    I have exactly the same problem here. No answer from telltale thou..
