playing between PC & MAC - possible?

I notice on PC that steam uploads my save to the Steam Cloud - when I log in on my mac my saves aren't pulled down.

Is it possible to do this?

    I'm using the Telltale version of the game, but The Walking Dead being a Steamplay game, should use the same savefiles on both operating systems.
    Unfortunately I've no experience with this.
