Although this has been frustrating for all of us, at least some communications and some solutions are finally available. It's a start in the right direction, and hopefully in the future those of us with issues on other consoles will also be addressed.
I'm disappointed this took so long, and I know some will still have issues (i.e. those without xbox live access) but it is a start, and a quick solution for some of us.
Thank You for at least getting the ball rolling in some direction, keep the updates and communication coming, I think that's what the vast majority was asking for in the first place.
Let's see how the picture taking and code process goes first, it might seem a little much but progress for sure. Any time frame on how long this will take to get Codes? Hopefully, we can continue to think that one out. And by the way, it's not just the 4GB Slim without internal HD that has the issue. On my son's older fat xbox with the hard drive, it has the same Hitching issues (just for 1 example). Get prepared for issues with other consoles so you have a plan. Hopefully between the patches, the xbl codes, and your openness to listen, this mess can work itself out.

Nothing and still silent. It seems the digital customers don't matter.
I'm sure there is a reason for that as they might not want to spin their wheels on every single issue without validation, but I see it all over the internet about the on-line XBL version problems as well. Also, the Save issues, the Achievements, "storage drive lost", Hitching on consoles other than the 4GB slim,etc. This could be a longer process, but minus a refund - I really can't think of a way for them to validate ownership of the retail disk (the picture taking seems a bit much), maybe you folks can suggest some other constructive ideas.
You could mail it in, but I think they are trying to speed up the process and make it more convenient.... I think for the "Other" consoles affected or those without xbox live access it would make sense for them to either offer the same deal to download on XBL, or require a mail in disk return for an updated replacement, or a XBL download Code. IMHO Any thoughts?
Telltale needs to UP Their Game when it comes to support, but at least we have something to start a positive direction. I would suggest you document your issues as best as possible and post and email. (that's all we can do)
Hopefully there will be some open dialogue from now on with TTG and the community will be respected and valued as future customers.
Keep us updated voteDC as to if the upcoming patch fixes your problem. We have to be willing to post the Good with the Bad, so let's hope for some Good real soon.
