TWD Code redemption available for International players?

I'm from Manila, Philippines and I bought myself 'The Walking Dead' in our local video game store. I have obviously, a US Xbox360 4GB Slim as a gift my mom who works in the US, and I also have a US Xbox Live account (using my Mom's US address.) Does the TWD Code redemption applicable to US customers or to perhaps international players who have a legit US Xbox360 and a copy of TWD?
