Is Telltale Games gonna ever patch the stuttering frame rate issues?

Did some google search it's not are platform it's the game i.e. I got TWD on Xbox (digital version)

It's really annoying when stuttering kicks in... breaking the experience

P.S. Issue exist on PS3/PC as well

    I don't get any stuttering at max settings 1080p with 4x SGSSAA.

    I think the fix was to enable Vsync & Triple buffering via D3D Overrider. But even before I enabled that, the only scene I ever got any stuttering in was the first cut-scene where you are running from the walkers in the woods.
