Episode 5 achievement problems

ok, My xbox won't register my achievements for episode 5. I've already tried uninstalling and re-downloading my live account and the game. I even went so far as to re-play the whole freaking game! Is there going to be a patch, or can somebody tell me what I can do to fix this. It's not the end of the world, it's just really, really annoying.

    That's really odd, redownloading your live account should've fixed it.
