Episode 2 won't save

I am playing on my PS3 through the downloaded PSN, and while the save logo is coming up, I keep having to restart the St.John's farm part after returning from the camp, in the barn section. It won't save at all in that section when I go in and out of the barn. I'm fully updated and only recently downloaded the game.
