Bought Game But Cannot Download

Gentlemen,

I purchased the game The Walking Dead for PC today; however, even though it shows up on my account as something I can download, it will not download. Please help me resolve the issue. If I cannot download the game, I will be forced to request Visa to cancel the purchase.
