Episode 3 will not load on xbox

I finished episode 2 last week and started up the game today to play through 3. When three attempts to start I get a black screen with a looping thunder track. To see what would happen, I started episode 4. It plays fine, but I have no idea who half of the characters are and would like to play through 3 first. Is there a fix for this coming?

If not, what do I need to do to get a refund for episodes 3 - 5? I have no interest in starting over (already had to to that when I switched platforms from iphone to xbox).

    Hold this thought: So this is what it feels like to be totally screwed. No response from you all, no help from XBOX. Even my credit card company can't work with me. Totally lame and totally disappointing.

    Just saw the possible fix on the 1/22 update. Will try it when I get home.
