Stuck in episode 3 trying to get to Kenny on train

I am stuck on episode 3 on the train scene where Kat has told lee to go get Kenny to stop the train. The curser won't go all the way to the right where I'm supposed to click on the door to get to Kenny. I have tried restarting and rewinding and saving 3 times. Nothing is working. Help please!!

    Have you walked to the door as close as you can get first?

    Yep did it multiple times. The curser still won't go to the right.

    try changing your resolution, try toggling between fullscreen and windowed.

    Are you playing on a mac? The cursor is a common problem for mac users. Not that that helps you, just wanted to let you know you're not alone. I don't know, what I usually do is to repeatedly try to move the cursor until it eventually does.
