Avoiding customs

I'd like to know if it possible for you to claim any items as gifts, send them from another party other than Telltale (preferably some individual) and put a lower price on the invoice (or no price at all), when ordering something from your store. That is a common practice among most online retailers to help their international customers (like us, brazilians) avoid additional taxes/duties. It would be great if you could also do it.

    Nope, no can do. The customs forms are filled out by our fulfillment house, so it's not really up to us, but even if it were, it wouldn't be legal to mark merchandise as a gift or to change the value.

    Also for what it's worth, I've been trying for several months now to get VAT added to our store for physical goods (to prevent people from having to pay it to customs when the package arrives in Europe), but apparently it can't be done. If we were shipping from within Europe it would be different, but since our business and our warehouse are both in the US, VAT is the responsibility of the customer... or so I'm told. Sorry guys, I tried. (I know that wasn't specifically your question, but since we're on the subject...)
