Game File Transfer Issue - Mac

Hello,

I am in the process of transferring an old save file from Episode 1 to a different Mac machine. I am transferring the file to the exact location on the new mac, but my new mac's BTTF game isn't recognizing the save file when I fire up the game.

What am I missing to get this to work?

    Try starting up the new game with your new Mac first, and saving, and then writing your new saved game over with your new Mac save (but be sure to keep your old save as a backup just in case).

    Is there a way to transfer my saved progress from the iPad version to the Mac version or vise versa?

    No, sorry. The iPad and Mac versions have different saves since the game data is different.
