Class Action Lawsuit Anyone?
i find it hard to believe that a company would sell a product that does not function properly for so many users and just not even give so much as a reply, perhaps a "we're working on it" message.
is anyone on this forum a lawyer that might be interested in taking on a class action lawsuit against Telltale Games? anyone know a lawyer who might? i think it's only fair to give people a refund for a product that does not work.

-No lawyer is going to take this case. If there is at least one person in the stands who confesses that the game runs perfectly on their system, Telltale has won.
-I can't imagine there are lawyers on here that are so well payed that they can take a case like this. It seems they might have others things to do.
-Who on this forum has the money to pay for a lawyer and lawsuit? Again, I don't believe people with that amount of money have the time to spent on a message board.
Seriously?
1. Lawyers would gladly take the case if they think there is money to be made. You do not need 100% defective rate to win a case, not even remotely true what you said there.
2. You dont need to pay up front. If you find a lawyer who thinks there is a legitimate case, they can sue to be paid by TellTaleGames if it isnt settled before court, and after court they can take a % of the proceeds. So yeah, if they think its a million dollar case, any lawyer would sue sue sue if they think they can win.
The issues with your post far exceed the issues with the original post.
If even one person can show that the brakes on their car were not faulty then the automobile manufacturer cannot be sued for faulty breaks ever. Eureka!
A car manufacturer can control 100% in which car he puts his breaks, so he can make sure they will work 100% with his sold car.
But with game software it's a totally different thing. There are millions of different systems, each one running different drivers, different hardware, different operating system etc pp. That would essentially be the equivalent of the manufacturer selling his brakes separately to be put in universal cars. obviously they won't fit or work in some cars.
That being said I don't think you can sue them. I mean you can try but I doubt it would be a case.. if you are unsatisfied simply tell your friends to not buy the game and ignore the developer for future releases. that's what I do.
For me, Vista 64bit the game works perfectly. Not once has it crashed or stuttered and not once have I lost my save-files nor did the game forget my decisions. So it can't be a core problem but has to have something to do with your system that is different to mine.
With regards to graphics and audio bugs you're correct. As far as direct gameplay mechanics, camera bugs, and the save system you are not. Those all run off of general x86 code. Both Intel and AMD - I hope we can agree - have done adequate testing to validate their respective architectures to run x86 software. Telltale would have been able to find and correct these errors if they had done adequate testing.
