Help in 203 - Televsion show

I am stuck and I keep getting the hint from Max about the TV show, but I am clueless as to what that means. Additionally, are you supposed to be able to read the second poem (the one over the bookcase) and how?

    yes and no.. but do look at pictures later in the game :)

    and visited the TV studio?
