Problems with the choices

Hello,

Since the realese of the episode 4 I had the problem with the saves, and when I'll start the new episode it says that I don't have saves, so it will generate the choices for the chapter.

When I saw that was a common problem I wait for a fix from TT, but don't seems they know what to do, so if someone can help me I use the PC Support Tool an here is the log.

    The size of the file clearly shows that your prefs.prop was corrupted at some point.

    Please disable steam cloud for TWD (In Steam, right click TWD and select "properties". Open the tab "updates" and remove the checkbox from "Enable Steam cloud synchronization for TWD").

    Then try the "restore previous version" feature (right click, "properties", "restore previous version") on the original prefs.prop in the savegame folder ( %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead ).

    Hey, after you said that I replaced the prefs.prop with abackup that I had. And it works, so thank you so much.

    One just last question. When I mark to enable cloud sync on Steam, it will replace my game or upload the one on my PC?

    THAN YOU AGAIN, if I know the problem were prefs.prop... :p

    I don't know the details of the steam cloud's behavior.
    You can just make a backup copy of your savegame folder, and test what happens if you enable steam cloud again.
    I have read that it should show a conflict warning and make you choose which version you want to keep.

    I marked the cloud sync again without problem.
